I've just come off the 22.33 ex-Paddington Connect (27/7/2007).

At Paddington there was a gang of Somali youths casing the train. They
kept getting on and off because they hadn't got tickets and they
weren't sure if they'd get caught. nyway they then got on at the rear
and passed through to the front - casting glances at the passengers.

How do you know they were Somali? And what difference does it make whether
they were or not?

Quite agree. It doesn't matter what race, colour, sexual persuasion,
religion or anything else. So long as they're dealt with and
prevented from being a threat - real or imagined - to other
travellers. Then there's the fares thing...

I think that you're focusing your attention on the wrong issue. Please
review and readjust your prejudices.

appreciate feeling threatened on the train!)
