I'm not sure what "owned" means in this case. LOCOG is a private
company limited by guarantee without share capital. Probably
Livingstone and Jowell are "members", who are not entitled to any
profits that the company makes.
Did Despatches imply that there was a "gravytrain", or is that your
fantasy?
And what is the relevance to u.t.l?
The alleged gravy train was elsewhere.
