Hehe, for some reason I thought the tollbooths were on the northern
side.

Looking at the satellite photo, it looks as if you can get into the
tunnel without going through the tollbooths.


If the Bridge is closed for any reason, they can close the east tunnel
to northbound traffic and filter the southbound traffic across into
it.

When this happens, that southbound traffic passes through the tunnel
prior to visiting the tollbooths.


Yeah... but I meant it looks like you can cross the river northbound without
paying the toll at all.
