Hang on, Silwood Triangle? That was abandoned in favour of building
the depot further south, in the triangle north of where the New Cross
Gate branch meets the main line (and the flyover will run straight
through the middle of it). Maybe what you're seeing is a worksite for
the tunnel rebuild?
