Hardly surprising - it couldn't have been used before November this year
when the trains actually start running?

No - It's because Stratford Station is in the middle of building site until
at least 2010. Unless anyone knows different, the Stratford City
development hasn't commenced yet?

What's so wrong with building the infrastructure first anyway? People would
soon complain if it was the other way round, which is usualy the case in
this country..
