I suppose that they will be there again tomorrow. Heaven forbid that they
can do something useful like learn to drive a train. I find it very off
that these people have been at Watford all this week in the knowledge that
they can catch unsuspecting travellers but there has been diddly squat
about the new franchise holder or the raeson for the strike, I didn't even
realise that the County trains were changing as well, or some actual help
for confused passengers, but there again, typical railway operators. I
have sent a query to TfL and the Mayors office.
You know, they will be there because that is what they are employed to
do - protect their employer's revenue.
Train drivers are employed to drive trains; a whole different kettle of
fish. Why would you expect someone who is employed to check tickets to
have to drive a train?
What a very strange world you must inhabit.

Well strangely enough I expect the people that I pay thousands of pounds a
year to to lay on some trains once in a while.
