Default Road layout outside watford junction

One thing I did gather from a very quick perusal of a document or two
there is that it would appear the underpass from the station car park
under the railway lines will be closed to vehicular traffic.


Thanks for that. I'll have a read later. So it looks like the carpark is
going to be accessed via the st-albans road - there is already a gate
there but it's always shut and locked. (Also would only allow a left
turn at the moment although a few weeks ago a car demolished the central
reservation barrier so you can cross the road there at the moment ;-)
