Hmm. Presumably London pensioners aren't allowed to use (for free)
Metrolink, Merseyrail, T&W Metro, Supertram, etc...?
I don't think the respective local pensioners can use them free either - its
only a national bus pass scheme the government have insisted upon isn't it?
