Not permanently, but the application involves a lot of building work,
including moving the car park underground, so I'd expect a lot of
disruption (I don't think there's a Hampton Court-Esher bus link
any more, so these tickets are presumably for car-borne
commuters).

I'd expect something in all of that about interim arrangements
during the works, but I've not managed to wade through it all yet.
