.... are you a client of whoever you were meeting?

odd question

day and
someone on their way out quite obviously and blatantly jumped over the
barrier and walked on his way,

...maybe he was just exercising.

and maybe he wasn't, what an odd perspective you have on the world.

there was a member of staff on the
inner side of the barrier who just looked at him but did nothing.

And what did the barrier leaper look like, did he look like someone
who if approached would be humble and contrite?
And what should the member of staff have done if he had approached
the barrier leaper, if he dialled 999 the Met would not attend and say
it was BTP job, and the BTP are understaffed and overworked, do you
really think the leaper was at any risk of officers from any force showing
up if the member of staff had apprehended him?

Not anything I know anything about.

The
guy didn't even make a run for it he just strolled out normally, are
staff not supposed to do something?

And you did **** all yourself huh?

I've already answered a more politely put version.

I had a look at your links, what a pile of twisted crap! Is there really
mugs who pay money for that tosh?

some people have taste and style, other people use words like 'crap'
and 'tosh' descriptively.
