Yes, a "Navigo Découverte" is an unregistered Navigo card that cannot
be cancelled and reissued if lost, etc. You get a shrink-wrapped kit
with the card, a plastic holder for it and a photocard to stick your
picture to. Costs €5 from stations, agents, etc.
