You've also got to remember that the DLR will link Stratford
International to many more deprived places in East London, while the
Jubilee fairly quickly heads off to Central London,

which is already served by St Pancras.

How much regular use are people from said deprived areas going to make
of CTRL-DS services to Kent, compared with Kent inhabitants travelling
to Canary Wharf?
