How much regular use are people from said deprived areas going to make
of CTRL-DS services to Kent, compared with Kent inhabitants travelling
to Canary Wharf?


I've lost track - how easy/hard will the change from DLR-International-
branch to DLR-Lewisham-branch or Jubilee be at Stratford Domestic? Any
cross-platforming...?
