That was pretty much AIUI too except that no one else has bodied the
Enviro 400 or 500 underframes.

But there is no such thing as an Enviro 400 underframe. It's a Trident,
just slightly updated from the last one with a new engine. And at least
East Lancs (as were) have bodied the Trident in many numbers.
