Default A13 - Prince Regent Lane underpass now open

The new underpass under the A112 Prince Regent Lane opened this
morning with two lanes open in each direction (of a possible six).
This allows Beckton Flyover westbound to have two lanes open (last
eight days only one).

Work still needs to be done to complete the subway/underpass carrying
traffic between Freemasons Road and New Barn Street just to the west
of Prince Regent Lane. The temporary traffic lights in place are the
only thing spoiling a non-stop drive (eastbound) from Canning Town to
the A130 junction near Canvey (westbound traffic may have to stop at
lights at the Renwick Rd junction near the Lodge Avenue interchange
(Barking) to allow filter lane traffic from the eastbound to turn
right).

And the last junction to open fully, the East India Dock Link between
the A13 west of Canning Town and Aspen Way (A1261) is to open w/bound
on the 30th and e/bound on 1st December.

I have no info on when Canning Town flyover is to become six lanes
(only four are open, including two new eastbound lanes). I guess this
(and work on central reservations) is why the Beckton Flyover, the
stretch between there and Prince Regent, and the underpass itself have
only two lanes operating in each direction, despite having six lanes.

regards,

Sunil
