Default Terrorist Threat to London Transport

In article m, Keith J
Chesworth writes
snip masses of hummm....

And?

London has been under terrorist threat for near a century off and on,
from WW1 Zepplanes (sp?)

Zeppelins.

You can still see damage cause by WWI bombing on the Embankment at, for
example, Cleopatra's Needle.

through WW2 Bombers to the pleasures of the
IRA.

It goes back further than that, I regret to say. A Metropolitan Line
train was the victim of an Irish terrorist attack in (I think) 1882 or
thereabouts.

So whats new?

Sadly, yes.
