You mean the Penalty Charge for parking contraventions.
i.e. around gbp60, with
discount to gbp30 for prompt/on-the-spot payment, and increased to
gbp90 if not paid within N weeks.
And an adjudication system as well?
By the way, parking Penalty Charges are now £100 in Central London,
(Band A) which extends as far west as Hammersmith.
