Incidentally, the letters stand for Amersham, Circle and District.

Were supposed to be getting new stock starting with
the met main in 2012. Its gonna be the same stock
for all of ssl. The only difference will be the number
of carridges. Met 8, Distict 7 and h&c an circle will have 6.

So the carriage length will be the same as now? What will be the curved
platform solution.... movable footplates on trains... or on platforms?
