Default Tories 20BN railway to replace Heathrow expansion (St Pancras is Heathrow T6, again)

railway would suffice.

My current view would be that the existing 125mph (or even 110mph)
railway is perfectly sufficient, and that the millions being talked
about for a HSL would be better spent on a massive new stock build and
platform lengthening project.
