The Mayor of London is issuing new PTACs for LU Staff and NR Staff
with an Oyster Card. I got mine yesterday and it doesn't require
to be stamped every year. It is made out of plastic (similar to
oyster) and not like that flimsy card before. Nice to see a bit of
