Default The Displacement Continues: 2.5 Million Legal Immigrants from Outsidethe EU since 1997

The immigration invasion of Britain and its colonisation by the Third
World continues apace, with the latest statistics showing that 3.7
million legal migrants have entered this country since 1997 - and 2.5
million are from outside the European Union.

In addition, the figures, released by Karen Dunnell, the National
Statistician and Office for National Statistics chief, show that a
million jobs have been taken by non-EU workers since 1997.

Although non-EU nationals have no automatic right to work in Britain,
they have filled almost half of all the jobs created since 1997.

The latest breakdown shows that since 1997 workers from outside Europe
have taken jobs at nearly double the rate of EU workers, including
Poles and other Eastern Europeans given the right to work in Britain
in 2004.

They show that between December 1997 and last year the number of jobs
held by workers born outside the country went up by 1,759,000, of
which 1,084,000 were filled by people born outside Europe.

Jobs taken by those from outside the EU outnumber those filled by
British-born people by five to two since 1997, the figures show.

Of nearly 2.2 million new jobs, 49 percent were taken by people born
outside Europe while only 19 percent went to British-born employees.

Overall, four out of five new jobs went to workers born abroad and
only 425,000 have been filled by British-born workers.

Just 18 months ago, ministers maintained the number of jobs taken by
foreigners since 1997 was as low as 800,000.

Sir Andrew Green of the Migrationwatch think tank said: “The
statistics are catching up with the spin. The Government could
certainly have controlled the number of non-EU workers but they have
done the opposite.”

Figures released earlier by the ONS showed than one in nine people
resident in Britain were not born here, and when added together with
second and third generation offspring, the total non-British origin
population is now in excess of twenty percent of the population.

In the age group under 25, the non-indigenous British population is
now officially a quarter of the population.

Left unchecked, Britain will have been colonised by the Third World
well within the next forty or fifty years.
