Network Cards are valid on Virgin Trains - the only ex-IC TOC that
still refuses them is Gatwick Express, which is ironic as it's now
Southern. Outboundary Travelcards *from* MK are as well, so long as
it isn't the cheaper LM-only one. I have a feeling Boundary Zone
tickets are not, though, because of how revenue is accounted.
