I don't think TfL did, it isn't in their press release. It may have been one
of the TfL 'spokesmans comments' in a newpaper article, but it quickly
becomes apparent that it can only be one direction for any individual train.

If in practice they always use the same platform for Wimbleware and the
other one for Circle, something could be shown on advance signage, but then
the 'curtailed at HSK' Wimblewares come into play. That hasn't been formally
announced to the public either as far as I can see, even though the
possibility has been floated here, I think as a result of LU insider info...


Wherever else, it was in the MR article back ... whenever. There was
a diagram showing peak and off-peak frequencies which showed off-peak
Wimbles being reduced north of HSK.
