Despite the fact the majority of the infraco staff are in RMT!

Which leaves the station staff who are definitely replaceable in days
if not hours.


Oh yes, that's why the Station Assistant course is 6 weeks in length! I
certainly wouldn't feel comfortable having someone with 'a few hours
training' acting as a handsignalman or accompanying me on the track to scoth
and clip points!
