Default Wembley on Sunday night

Have to agree here... did they check before they travelled? No...
clearly they didn't, otherwise they would have found Chiltern were
operating enough extra trains to / from Wembley Stadium to get
everyone to / from the gig, and these trains were being advertised on
Journey Planner as an alternative to the suspended Jub / Met.

I know it's a pain, but really, when travelling at the weekend, just
take a moment and check the website. Saves you getting stuck in
Harlesden!

They can't have gone to the gig by public transport, or they would have
found out all the problems then, so I would imagine they were driven from
Surrey by a friend from whom they somehow got separated. Expecting them to
have examined the PT options in advance is therefore not reasonable.
Expecting the staff in the station to know the correct picture is
reasonable.
