Default Mayor's transport strategy

I've not seen much discussion of this:
http://mts.tfl.gov.uk/Have-your-say.aspx
it seems to be an uncosted wish-list, so how anyone is supposed to make
an informed choice I don't know...

I thought that the only strategy was to take credit for all the things
Ken had already achieved, but being delivered now, and then cut them.

Anything else we need to know?

That's a reasonable summary... it contains hoary old chestnuts like
'aircon on the underground' with nothing about how much, or even simply
how....

It's a fairly pointless document aimed a ticking a 'consultation process
begun' box, if you ask me...

Summed up for me with a hearty Tweet from the man himself today,
advising that we had 'two days to respond', one day before the
consultation closes.
