Folks with digital camers might be interested to visit the end of ex-
Thameslink / FCC platforms 5/6 at Moorgate. They have uncovered three
old posters there from 1981, including one depicting a very young
Jimmy Saville!! Also there is a complete 1981 timetable for the Met
incl. to/from Watford (via Croxley), Aylesbury(?), etc. CJB.

Love some of the artwork on LU.


Talking of stuff from 1981, the route diagram on the wall opposite the
Bakerloo platform at Baker Street is not so much uncovered as just
still there, with the bit beyond Harrow and Wealdstone covered over.
