A13 - East India Dock Link to Aspen Way (A1261)
 

The East India Dock Link between the A13 west of Canning Town and
Aspen Way (A1261) is to open w/bound tonight (6th) and e/bound on 7th
December, according to TfL. I fancy Monday myself, though all that's
lacking at the A13 end is lane markings as of this morning, so maybe
they're right (the tunnel was supposed to open last weekend!).
Eastbound only one lane to be open in the interim.

Canning Town flyover former w/bound carriageway still out of use for
the forseeable future, though they have replaced the guard rails on
the southern edge of the flyover.

A13 - East India Dock Link to Aspen Way (A1261) now open
 

The tunnel is finally open (though it might have been yesterday). One lane eastbound,
and one lane westbound, though the latter opens out to two lanes by the time you merge
with the A1261 at the other (western) end. The old East India Dock Road is permanently
reduced to one lane eastbound at the merge with the eastern end of the tunnel. There is
no access from the tunnel to the Canning Town roundabout and vice versa. Eastbound you
have to turn off at the Aspen Way roundabout leading to the Lower Lea Crossing (A1020),
turn left, and then turn right at the lights onto the A13. Westbound, you have to use
the A13 Totso ('turn off to stay on') and turn left at the lights, and turn right at the
next roundabout onto Aspen Way.
