technically you can't transfer them BUT in my experience with Eurostar
passport checks and ticket checks are separate and carried out by
different people so you are unlikely to be caught. I saw no attempt to
match names.
I should add that, in recent weeks, they have asked for supporting ID at
Ashford and Paris when tickets have been checked through manually.
