It seems the latest set of OSIs (Out of Station Interchanges] is
referenced from

That file refers to stations by NLC and name. e.g.
A A_Name B B_Name TimeAB TimeBA
580 Finsbury Park 6119 Finsbury Park 10 10
I believe that line should be
580 Finsbury Park 6119 Finsbury Park NR 10 10

[I've renamed the columns to fit in 72 characters]
What does NLC expand to?
Where can I find a set of them on the net?

NLC stands for National Location Code (used by the railways, introduced by
BR in the 80's).

There's a number of places on the web that lists them, e.g....
