Customer Charter Claims and Oyster

Was delayed on the tube and picked up a Customer Charter form. It
does not seem to be set up for Oyster Card details.

I put a photocopy of my receipt in with the claim. Have I missed the
right form, or is there another way?

Cheers,

Robin

Use section 2, cross out National Rail and put Oystercard. Enter your
Oystercard as the ticket number.

Details on www.oystercard.co.uk

There are new (blue) Charter Forms on the TfL webstie at
https://tube.tfl.gov.uk/charter/charter.pdf with space for Oystercard
details. However, the file still has crop marks for the printers, and
isn't really designed for printing onto A4.

As the PDF is dated for the start of January, I'd guess that stations
haven't received their supplies of the new forms yet.

HTH,

Barry

I'd prefer they got the online from at
https://tube.tfl.gov.uk/secure/charter/ working again - it's been
unavailable for ages.

Cheers,

Jason.

Peter Wilson, the 'Programme Manager, London Underground website'
"should be back up inside 10 days."

Wonder if it'll do Oyster claims?

Cheers,

Jason.
