Peter Whilst never hosting 55 departures a day in it's heyday, there can be few stories of a glittering short life followed by overnight decline as dramatic as that of Waterloo International, though of course the infrastructure remains for future reuse. The fact that is yet to be re-used is a disgrace. Waterloo struggles to cope, while the former International Platforms sit idle. The loops thru Putney, Richmond, et al are very intensely utilized. |
