Experience of commuter coaches?
 

Hi all. My first post here. I'm having real trouble getting reviews of commuter coach services online. I'm thinking of changing from rail to the Reliance coach service from Gravesend . I benefit from the service stopping right outside my house and plan on buying a monthly before going for annual, which saves a grand a year.

Anyone have experience with this service, or kings ferry, especially in terms of reliability?
