Default Charging the Oyster at Home?

Also, it says contactless will be accepted on TfL modes - i.e. LU, LO,
DLR and trams - in 2013. If it's not accepted on NR from the start, then
things'll get messy - is this just ATOC and the London TOCs dragging
their heels again, and TfL trying to force them to keep up like a
frustrated drill sergeant trying to take a hopelessly torpid troop of
TOC soldiers for a vaguely challenging tab.

Is TfL paying for TOCs to make the changes needed, or is a local body
expecting TOCs to re-write their nationally-agreed financial plans again?
