Hello, everyone,

Greetings from San Jose, California! We are going to visit London for first
time next month. So excited. :-)

Can someone tell me how to cancel Eurostar tickets? I could not find a
customer service phone number on their website www.eurostar.com. And they do
not have a webpage to do it online.

Please reply me via email.

Thanks a lot!
Kevin Yang

How did you book your tickets? If they were done through a travel agency
in your own country I'd suggest get back in touch with them as they would
be responsible for handling after sales. If you booked them through
eurostar.com then check first the terms and conditions. Most of the
cheaper fares (e.g. Leisure, Youth & Senior) are non-refundable, so there
is no point in cancelling them.

The Eurostar site does allow you to search for a previous booking if made
on that site, I assume if conditions allow, you can cancel it on-line
too.

Phil,

Thanks for the reply!

I booked the tickets online. I do not remember the webpage mentioned the
terms and conditions when I did that. Anyway, we booked first class from
Paris to London and Stardard back to London. I called the customer service
on the phone number provided by Richard in this newsgroup. They said the
ticket is neither refundable nor exchangable.
Yes, the website allows me to search for my previous booking using reference
number, but provided no place to cancel it. So we will have to stick to our
original itinery.

Thanks for the kind help!
Kevin
