Judging by the queues when I rode on the air line last Autumn, you would
spend more time queuing than it would take to walk along the Euston Road
between the stations.

Well, I wouldn't judge by whatever queues you encountered. It's not well
patronised outside school holiday time - 'white elephant' might be the
appropriate descriptive. The idea it serves some crucial public
transport need is of course absurd - though it does at least provide an
affordable and fun attraction for Londoners and visitors.

Indeed has to wonder what London is becoming with the "Eye" and the
overhead cable (Cable Car makes one think of the San Francisco System).

No longer a capital city, but the footfall of international capitalism.
