ICANN says Nextbuses.mobi etc can't
Nextbuses.mobi
http://traveline.info and so forth get (!) You have reached a domain that is pending ICANN verification. As of January 1, 2014 the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) will mandate that all ICANN accredited registrars begin verifying the Registrant WHOIS contact information for all new domain registrations and Registrant contact modifications. Why this domain has been suspended Email address has not been verified. This is a new domain registration and the Registrant email address has not been verified. or The Registrant contact data for this domain was modified but still requires verification. Specifically the First Name, Last Name and/or email address have been changed and never verified. -- All hail anti spam ? -- Mike D |

How is having someone who reads emails "strategy" ? It is when that person leaves the organisation, and has used their named email address. That and all sorts of other daftnesses exist in many organisations - things just develop without any overarching thought. 'Strategy' doesn't have to mean something complicated! And surely embus rather than in train. |

Email address has not been verified.
This is a new domain registration and the Registrant email address has not been verified. I am a small scale domain registar (rqeselling Opensrs in Canada if you know who they are.) Whenever someone registers a new domain or changes the contact info, they now send a message to the email addresses in the domain with a link you have to click to verify that you got it. No click, no domain. As someone else noted, way too many organizations have nobody in charge of domains, they use random individual addresses that go stale, so the domains go dark until someone notices and fixes the contact info. |
