Default Waterloo to London Bridge for cheapjacks (London Terminals ticket)

From the 12 January 2015, South West Trains passengers will be unable
to interchange at Waterloo East for London Bridge as services will not
be stopping at London Bridge. This is expected to continue until August
2016.

How many people made that change?

Or does the London Bridge works mean that some people will be commuting
into Waterloo and connecting to LB, rather than commuting direct to LB?

A lot of people from SWT-land working in the London Bridge area.

'commuting direct to to LB' isn't a sensible option from a lot of SWT
territory.

Is it enough to cause an issue?

I know someone who commutes from Surrey on SWT to Waterloo (and then
generally walks to LB) but he can also go to LB via Redhill.

I haven't been that way for a while, but Waterloo East is always very busy.

Southern services would divert to Victoria, not Waterloo. Thameslink to
Elephant & Castle or Blackfriars is also an option. ISTR there was a
proposal to divert some SE trains services to Waterloo International but
that obviously hasn't happened.

There are bits of SWT where there is a choice, but there is a lot more that
doesn't. An excample would be someone I know who used to commute from
Wokingham to Greenwich with changes at Waterloo and London Bridge.

Yes. See the number of people making a Waterloo East - London Bridge
journey in the morning peak, for instance.

I don't think so

all of the SET services that are no longer running to CX are diverted to Vic

Do any of those services have a possibility of changing at Clapham
Junction for Waterloo?

How would they manage that?

Dunno. I was under the impression that Clapham Junction also served some
trains to Victoria.
