Default Oyster Waterloo

If I travel from Wimbledon to Waterloo on my PAYG Oyster Card, swipe out
at Waterloo, go to Waterloo East & walk through the station to exit at
Southwark, would I pay any extra than the Waterloo fare?

I suspect you would get charged a Wimbledon - Southwark fare which
would be more expensive because it uses the mixed NR/Tube fares.
