Tfl offices
 
At KGX/StP earlier, and the tube ticket office is still open, under the
plaza. Western ticket hall windows boarded up.

Queue of about 30 people outside the 'Travel Centre' office, with just
three staff inside, plus one bouncer keeping most of the queue outside
the office. Would probably be helpful to have someone walking up and
down the queue asking people what they are waiting for and seeing if
there's a better way to get it.

Yes, and the same for the queues for the remaining ticket offices -- many
of those waiting may not realise that they could get what they wanted from
a machine.

I wonder what's happened to the roaming "helpers"? Will take a closer
look for them on the way back.

None to be seen. And the travel centre closes at 7pm. Last E* arrival is
considerably later than that!!
