Printed Oyster statements

In recent postings Colin Resenstiel referred to the following from TfL:
Dear Mr Rosenstiel
Thank you for your email dated 17 March regarding the ticket machines
to be operated by staff at our stations when the ticket offices close.
These ticket machines will be able to carry out these functions.
They are currently being installed at stations and the first ones
will be available within the next two months. The first stations to
receive the machines will be Chigwell, Embankment, Roding Valley,
Shepherd's Bush, South Wimbledon, Temple, Theydon Bois and Upminster
Bridge. They should be available at all stations by December this
year.

I was at Embankment, today, where a staff member called Nike said
printed Oyster statements can only be issued by Ticket Offices - she
suggested St James's Park.
I suggest Colin was given false information.

The new Tourist Information Office at Liverpool Street issues short
Oyster statements - I have not tried getting long ones from them.

Some National Rail stations issue short and long statements.
London Fenchurch Street is an example.

I was hoping Oyster Ticket Stop machines had such an ability.
It seems they don't. I tried one and that inability was confirmed at
0343 222 1234 menu item 5.

I wrote to Oyster Enquiries ) about that on 7th October
but have not yet had a reply.

I wondered about their machines but doubted they could help, even at showing
railcard entitlement, the most ludicrous data that is hidden.
