Jubilee trains
 
Is there any kind of traction update going on with the 96 stock? I've been
on 2 now which sounded somewhat different to normal.

Pretty much. The normal gearchanging sounds are there but there's another
sound on top.

Don't think so because it still has the GTO gearchanging sounds. This is on
top of that. Unless one half of the train had been updated but not the other
half.

top of that. Unless one half of the train had been updated but not the other
half.


I don't think anything's happening at the moment, but the 96 stock
could be updated to become compatible with the newer 95 stock as part
of the fleet expansion plans.

I suppose by a fluke I could have got the same train today and on friday and
it could just be some motors on their way out.
