Work has also started on raising the road bridge at Upper Holloway
station to allow the catenary to fit. I can't remember if someone
mentioned that.

After all the delays, this simple but astonishingly expensive project now
seems to have a slightly later target date than the slightly larger
Thameslink and Elizabeth line projects: 2020.

The JLE (Green Park - Stratford) was planned to take 53 months, so it
seems entirely reasonable to take a similar time to peel the Network
Southeast vinyl off the lamp-posts at Vicarage Road.
