Not really, because Oyster only works in the London area, and ITSO cards
only work on one TOC (they could be set up to work on multiple, but I
see absolutely no indication they will, especially as TOCs are dragging
their feet even getting them implemented 'internally').

Thereby maximising chaos at Cambridge with two TOCs handling the great
majority of passengers.

No as the reason to want a PIN is so that I explicity confirm a
transaction. (Although Apple Pay over contactless works for me)
