Default Electric or Hybrid Card or something car, suggestions?

It's what I remember from New Scientist a while ago. Something along the
lines of in 20 years or so we'll be using absolutely loads of electricity.

What about more economical devices?

My 32" TV uses the same power as the 25" I used before, I have low power
consumption light bulbs, Class A fridge/freezer

They're assuming that we'll continue to use more and more electricity.

It will stableise

AFAIK
there's not a massive amount of uranium on the planet, and they claimed

that
we'd not have enough of the stuff to keep running power stations. Of

course,
if all these sorts of predictions were right, we'd have run out of oil by
now.

There is plenty shoved in nuclear weapons
