When does an Oyster pre-paid journey end?

I think Marylebone is a special case and the interchange time is
extended for this very reason

Like magnetic tickets, you have 15 minutes to cross from one barrier
to the other, taking longing is considered a break in your journey.

Hmmm. So...

Let's say the Met line is broken - again - and I want to use the Marylebone
Chiltern Diesels to get to the end of the Amersham Met instead.

I emerge from Baker St, walk the 5-10 minutes to Marylebone, then wait 20
minutes for a train. Ooops. I've taken a break, so get charged for another
ticket.

Even ignoring the time factor, if I get a Marylebone in the morning peak, I
*have* to walk to Baker St to get into the tube, as the Marylebone Bakerloo
line is exit only until sometime in the next millenium while somebody
builds a new escalator out of matchsticks single handed. Is that a "single
journey"?
