Traffic Calming in Islington

Does anyone know who controls the local council, and is therefore
responsible for the ridiculous traffic calming measures in Islington over
the last 18 months or so?

Thanks,

Fred.

It's the Liberal Demoprats. Traffic and Transportation is the responsibility of:

Director of Environment and Conservation -
Kevin O'Leary
Municipal Offices
PO Box 3333
222 Upper Street
N1 1YA
Email:
Tel: 020 7527 2350
Fax : 020 7527 2731

What a wet name for a Local Government Department ;-)
