Geoff Marshall's latest video about the Bank enlargement shows a
bilingual publicity poster in English and what looks like Spanish. Why
is a poster about construction work bilingual, and of all the languages
in the world, why the El would they pick Spanish?

It seems to me reasonable enough given a Spanish group (Dragados SA) are
jointly responsible for the project, may well have Spanish staff on the
site, and - possibly more - also want native Spanish speakers from
around the world to know it.
