Default SA's

Has anyone met the American/Canadian SA at Baker St station? I went to
the 'Phants and Turret (Elephant and Castle to you) on Wednesday from
Baker St and the SA on the Buckeroo southbound platform was non stop on
the platform mic! 'Welcome to Baker St., next train 2 minutes, good
service on all lines, stand back train approaching, let passengers off
the train first, use all doors & squeeze up inside the carriages and as
the doors closed the classic 'have a nice day'!!!!!! She hardly stopped
talking for the 3 mins I was on the platform!

Was at Leyton yesterday and asked one of the SA's how to get to the
Metronet BCV signal training centre (they use the products I sell and I
had to go and talk about an upgrade). The SA gave me directions which
were spot on and then as I came back a couple of hours later he asked if
I had found it OK. Top bloke for remembering!
