Customer charter online refunds
 

I remember reading here a few months ago that their were problems/delays
with processing online charter refunds.

Does anyone know if this is still the case and if its faster/recommended to
post an application it?

I've aleady noticed that https://tube.tfl.gov.uk/secure/charter/ is the
correct url and not http://www.tube.gov.uk/charterrefund/ as the charter
form says!
